Working the Varansi Ghat timber yard. In Hindu traditions, cremation is one of the rites of passage and the Ghats of Varanasi are considered one of the auspicious locations for this ritual. Around 80 cremations per day take place alongside the Ganges in Varansi and that takes a lot of wood.
