Sharon Smolenski, Window In Time (PLACES 2022)

Sometimes certain images are significant because of the point in time they represent, this is one of those images. This image reminds me of our life before, a time of happiness and normality even though we knew storms were on the horizon. Our normal has for the most part returned and we consider ourselves lucky. The image of this window however will forever mark that turning point in time.
