Jody Duck, Willy G (PEOPLE 2021)

This portrait is of my nephew's son Willy. He was dressed up for my Nieces wedding. I loved the contrast - his dark skin against the white wall, but also between the "hard" tattoo and his obvious innocence - questioning how Boys are told to hide their vulnerability and emotion, and to toughen up.
