The silence as we cruise into NEKO Harbour is eerie. The rugged rocky landform is a stark backdrop to the sea of ice that moves with the current. The sudden puff of air disturbs the flow and as if from nowhere, a whale pounds the surface. Gone as quickly as it came… was it really here!
