Genevieve Ginty, Wild and Free (PLACES 2022)

After seven long years of drought and a summer of terrifying bushfires, the rains finally came. The flannel flowers bloomed with wild abandonment on the clifftops of the Pilliga, in northwest NSW. Their joy was infectious.
