Amber King, Tor and Ice (PLACES 2024)

A camping trip up to Aries Tor via the Rams Head Range meant a cold morning between the granite peaks. Merritts Creek was iced over with sweeping curves of ice in varying layers of thickness. The normally bubbling creek now still and silent between the watchful gaze of the granite tors.
