The window has become a powerful symbol of seeing the outside world under the constraints of isolation. The light reaches in with a warm, revealing illumination. It teases us with our longing to re-enter its warmth. The darkness hides us and reminds us to not give in and to stay cocooned. My daughter, you are strong.
