Lasitha Liyana Patabendi, The Slug Window (ANIMALS 2025)

This is a slug sliding on a leaf. It was back lit with a white light to highlight the borders and the veins of the leaf. Then changing it to black and white made it to an illusion of an empty area of the leaf for the shadow of the Slug. Gear- Canon EOS R5, Canon Macro 100mm f2.8 RF
