Riga, Latvia boasts a spectacular architectural masterpiece for it's National Library, finished in 2014. Thousands of people passed books along a human chain across the bridge to relocate to the new library. The People's Bookshelf continues to grow as books are donated from locals and visitors from around the world, each with a personalised message.
