Beverley Pohlner, 'The dry' (PLACES 2022)

It was harvest time in the Wimmera and while waiting for the header to go around the paddock and then catch up with the men as they circled around for me to give them supplies, I set up my tripod near this great old tree that had seen so much come and go over a long period of time. Who knows what it has seen, and hence I thought B/W was fitting for it to be showcased in.
