Thanh Vo, The classical peace (PLACES 2021)

i was born in Vietname so the vietnamese litereature have big affect on my mind. there is a poem that can be translated to this: "Only the boat know how large the ocean is, Only the Ocean know where will the boat go from and go to" In this poem, they use the images of the boat and ocean to talk about love between a man and a woman, also how close and dependent, also love they give to each other, taking care of each other. This idea came to my mind when I saw the scene in LA PERUOSE Beach, NSW, I see love, I feel romantic, I feel peaceful from deep down my heart. so everything I do is capture it, keep it with everything I have in hand. this is how I took this picture to tell a story, to transfer the feeling that has to others by this way, PHOTOGRAPHY.
