Kayleigh Corkery, "The Boss" (PEOPLE 2022)

"The Boss" to me is many things, although this saying - “You take people as far as they will go, not as far as you would like them to go. Is what hits me the most and how I value my bosses in the past, present and future. It can also be very empowering, I along the way have had many leadership roles. What I experienced was my colleagues, my team mates, they all taught me alot of things that I carry with me till this day. Ive taken many under my wings, I think about them from time to time. They inspired me to be something great. Be the boss you were meant to be inspire and lead others in a compassionate way.
