In the back streets of Leh, Ladakh, heading towards the Palace, you’ll find a street where locals go to buy freshly baked flat bread. At this bakery, men work effiently in a basic opened shop room. This baker stopped to have a chat. I loved how relaxed he was.Im sure he’d been working there for years.
