Backlit in the afternoon light, these wild horses stood defiantly in the crisp air as a lone musterer and her trusty companion, her sheepdog approached. High on a hill in the rugged snow-clad ranges, the drama unfolded as the wild horses froze, and time stood still. The majestic mountains surrounding, covered in snow, added serenity to the scene of rare encounter between man and beast, tamed and untamed.
