Natalie Latacevski, Strangers at sea, shared Lines & Petals (PEOPLE 2026)

While commuting via ferry, I noticed 2 strangers opposite me, sitting back-to-back in their own little world, one travelling solo, reading her book quietly, the other deeply engrossed in conversation with her companion. Yet both women, completely unaware of how similar their clothing & accessories were! Totally unprepared by not having my mirrorless camera with me, I quickly snapped this moment with my phone camera, a total departure from my usual mode of shooting. However, this moment of accidental coincidence between two strangers, begged to be captured!
