It’s hard to imagine whilst gazing at this image that by altering your viewpoint to the right a few degrees lay the world’s largest (by tonnes) bulk export harbour, the Port of Port Hedland. With at times the insufferable ruckus of a busy port, beauty can and does appear on occasion such as in this instance, the Winter Solstice Moonrise of 2024. Port Hedland, Western Australia.
