This red fox was on a mission, traveling quickly across the snowy terrain to get to wherever its destination was. The heavy feeling of darkness approaching and the evidence of only one footprint was intriguing yet satisfying to witness. Would it make it in time for its next meal, its burrow for the night or will it travel into the night searching for the unknown? There was no telling as it quickly vanished out of sight and never appeared for my camera again. The mystery is still fresh in my mind. Will the viewer feel the same magical moment with this terrestrial being that I felt?
