Giacomo Zanello, Sliding Stop (ANIMALS 2024)

The sliding stop is reining’s most spectacular maneuver. The horse gallops at full speed and when prompted by the rider, he lowers and locks his hindquarters to the dirt as his front feet pedal for several meters until he completely stops, sending a big cloud of sand into the air.
