Jed Richardson, Silhouette by Sunset (ANIMALS 2024)

As I was hiking in the early morning inside the Mount Ngongotaha Scenic Reserve in Rotorua, I stumbled across a very curious Alpaca. He stopped to pose for some pictures, before joining me for a small section of my walk. Alpaca's aren't exactly the most photogenic creatures, so I'm glad I was able to capture my hiking companion in a moment of triumph, silhouetted against the backdrop falling sun.
