Proud Rendille warrior in late afternoon light in the remote Ndoto Mountains in Northern Kenya. His traditional beaded jewellery and elaborate feather headdress signifies he has gone through the rite of passage from boy to warrior. His long braided hair is an important symbol of status and manhood within the Rendille warrior culture.
