Robin Moon, Sea eagle Stoush (ANIMALS 2021)

This juvenile white bellied sea eagle was justifiably proud of his efforts at catching a fish.. That is until the adult decided he wanted it more... A full minute of screeching and jostling ensued as they battled in the skies . In the frames after this the adult became the victor - ripping the fish away and leaving the juvenile to retreat to a branch with a suitably cheesed off demeanour.. As the photographer it was tough work - having to hand hold the heavy lens pointed skywards for an indeterminably long time - never daring to take my finger off the multi shoot button as the fun continued.
