Cheng Kang, Scaling the Cliff Face (ANIMALS 2024)
While walking along the street I was captivated by the size, scale and detail of a collection of wood-carved buddhas. To my surprise, upon closer inspection was a lizard climbing up the cheek of one of these gentle faces, reminding me that nature is never too far from you even in the most “human” of settings.
