This portrait captures my daughter and her best friend. I have always loved the very special friendship they have, how their differences complement one another and how beautiful they look together. They affectionately call each other ‘salt’ and ‘pepper’, and I wanted to create a portrait of them to celebrate their individuality and the beautiful friendship they share.
