The trees, ferns and mosses in this cool temperate Tasmanian rainforest are crowded together and all striving for their share of light, water and nutrients, yet simultaneously there is a harmony in space which allows room for all individuals to coexist and even appear to support each other such as these two celery top pines enfolded.
