Maya Hughes, Puff the Magpie (ANIMALS 2021)

Puff is a wild Magpie who visits my backyard and I have captured many beautiful photographs of her over the past year. She is in a family of four Magpies and is the only one who puffs her head feathers. In our area their habitat is shrinking so I am happy they can still visit my backyard to fossick and find water.
