Kate Flowers, Portrait in bloom (PEOPLE 2024)

This portrait of my daughter began with the flower placed over her eye, serving as my inspiration. I am captivated by how her hair mirrors the petals, gracefully fanning out around her head. The interplay of textures—her hair's soft flow and the edges of the wrap she wears—adds depth, dimension and texture to the image.
