Nick Plovits, No Diving (PLACES 2024)

There was a no diving sign at the end of this jetty. I wondered if the current condition was due to people diving or was the jetty no longer suitable for diving. Jetties are often our connection to the water so almost sad to see this door to the water closing. Could it be a comment on change and how the water is removing the connection to us?
