Harrison Warne, NARJONG (People)
A water-healing ceremony, called Narjong, was held by traditional owners in Kosciuszko National Park in March 2019. It was the first of its kind to take place in over 160 years. This ceremony took place near the headwaters of the Murrumbidgee River, the propose of the ceremony was to protect the waterways from destruction, particularly from feral animals such as horses and deer. The man pictured is Ngarrindjeri eder Major 'Moogy' Sumner.
