Christine Goerner, Mountain Ash (PLACES 2021)

A forest of dead Mountain Ash trees arranged so perfectly by nature they create a unique landscape of their own. The arrays of impossibly tall, bare tree trunks destroyed by bushfire, create a mesmerising pattern over the land and reveal the forest regeneration below it.
