Ngaire Hart, Macquarie Island (PLACES 2025)

Macquarie Island halfway to Antartica part of the subantartic islands is owned by Australia,it is dark, moody and a place where less than 1000 people get the opportunity to visit. I was one of the lucky ones to land here. On the previous voyage they waited 4 days and couldn't land as was way too rough.
