Ron Miller, Knowledge is Power (PLACES 2021)

This image is of the newly constructed Library building in the Ipswich CBD. The curvature of the roof line really drew me to capturing the image. The sky effect is part of a project I am working on, but it is the actual sky that was there at the time of taking the image.
