The first day of service out of Covid Lockdown, Hatted Chef Damian Brabender was working hard to service a limited seating arrangement in his restaurant. He also had a kitchen fire days before, working tirelessly to get it functional in time for opening for his customers. You can see the strain and toll Covid has taken in his eyes.
