Carole Mills Noronha, Hanging out with grandpa. (PEOPLE 2021)

After months of lockdowns, we are finally able to spend time with dad at his Aged Care Home. On this day, my niece takes time out lying on her grandpa's bed, eating a chocolate coated biscuit and watching her favourite tv program on her mum's mobile phone. Meanwhile, dad sits in his favourite chair watching another tv about something he'll never remember as he has Dementia and Alzheimers. This photo is from my ongoing series called 'That Place He Goes', documenting dad's Dementia and Alzheimers journey.
