Polly Fenton, Giggling Suri mum and babe. (People)

The Suri tribe is nestled in one of the toughest and m Ost remote places on earth, near the Ethiopian/Sudanese border. They take great joy and pride in decorating their bodies, using different coloured ochres, plus flowers or headdresses made of recycled material, in their hair. Lip and ear plates plus body scarification is also an important part of their tradition. They are a very friendly and engaging tribe, with a great sense of humour.
