Cheng Kang, Fly the Coop (ANIMALS 2024)

These cheeky rainbow lorikeets have been caught sneaking into an apple orchard for a tasty snack. As they scramble to depart, their silhouettes on the overlapping webbing of the nets make for a nice treat for the viewer also with the stark contrast of rigidly geometric shapes and fluid forms of multiple birds in flight.
