The Fitzroy Falls are in the Southern Highlands around 137 kms south/south west of Sydney. The water cascades over a sheer sandstone cliff, falling some 80 metres to the valley floor. This image shows movement and texture. I particularly wanted to give the ambiguity of the ever changing water movement and the equally mesmerisng feeling one gets looking into a fire.
