Dmitrijs Cernagovs, Fisher Man (PEOPLE 2025)

"While walking on the beach in Ballina, I noticed an overweight man fishing while sitting on the sand. After taking this photo, he shared that he struggles with knee pain and finds it difficult to stand for long periods. He had tried various chairs, but none were comfortable—each one sank unevenly into the sand. In the end, he gave up and chose to sit on the ground with his legs stretched out. It was the only position that allowed him to enjoy what he really love to do without pain.
