Kim Davies, Face Off (Places)

This image was taken in Orkney Scotland of the five thousand year old standing stones known as the Ring of Brodgar. It was a cold, windy, drizzly and dark day. In the distance can be seen modern power poles. Amongst many other extraordinary emotions As they both stand facing one another I had the feeling that there was almost a "stand off" as to which group might still be there in another five thousand years.
