Jacqui Davey, Eye contact (ANIMALS 2024)

The Black shouldered Kite is taking off from a small branch at the top of a tree. As it leaves it makes eye contact with me. It was converted from a colour image that I had underexposed to prevent the white feathers from being "burnt out".
