Rowan Tan, Dancing in DC (PLACES 2021)

The Washington Memorial and Reflecting Pool in Washington DC taken at night (with long exposure) provided the opportunity to present movements and silhouette of people. The silhouette of the dancer at the base of the reflection added much interest to this image.
