Melissa Alderton, Best View in the Town (PLACES 2023)

I passed this cemetery in Jugiong, NSW. I don't know what made me stop, however I was glad I did. The graves ranged in age from the 1800's until the present. There was an older man sitting by the side on one grave. It was his nephew, who had died not long before at the age of around 20, after mismanagement at a hospital. He used to come there and chat to him about stuff. It was such a beautiful moment, and I felt privileged that he shared it with me.
