Nick Thake, Beneath the wave (PLACES 2021)

By far the most stupid/ riskiest shot I've taken to date. I had planned to get this style of shot, but didn't account for the size of waves coming in. I took three sets on the head in 1m of water at the reef crest Ningaloo, Western Australia. The sheer power of the wave was astounding, yet the fish frequent the area!
