This photograph is from an ongoing series entitled Glass. Each image incorporates glass, either through reflection or by shooting directly through it to produce layered, multifaceted compositions - a form of abstract street photography. I chose to submit this particular work as it was shot in my home suburb of Footscray (Melbourne Australia) and I feel it captures something of the area’s gritty character and atmosphere.
