Cappadocia is in central Anatolia, Turkey. The landscape is extraordinary. Everyday, weather and wind permitting, hundreds of hot air balloons take to the sky and offer the chance for a different perspective. Obviously the colourful balloons in themselves don't necessarily work in mono however I was more interested to capture the texture of the mountains.
