This image was captured in Hawaii where the fog rests above the mountain peaks generating an intriguing visual paradox. Bracing myself for abrasive dynamic tension, the scene evoked a sense of tranquility. The striking angular geometry and rich textures of the mountain did not compete with the softness and lightness of the fog, but rather offered balanced duality.
