This photograph was taken on 22nd April, 2023 at the Horsham Botanical Gardens, Victoria on Wotjobaluk, Wergaia (Were-guy-ya), Jupagalk, Jaadwa and Jadawadjali people. The image was captured during a wedding ceremony. The guests incorporated a range of different cultures and nationalities and as part of the celebrations, the wedding was opened with a traditional indigenous smoking ceremony. The Aunty in this photograph is Aunty Jill, a relative of the groom.
