Superior Vena Cava Obstruction came about for Andy during his cancer treatment, and it's something that happens when the SVC, which is the largest vein in the body, is partially blocked or compressed, making it unable to carry blood back to the heart as it should. Andy is now in complete remission after his treatments and is hands down, one of the most joyful humans I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
