Nikki Passchier, Aftermath (PLACES 2026)

The grounds of the former Kesennuma Koyo High School in Japan, 2025. The four storey structure was almost entirely submerged by the 2011 tsunami and it now stands as part of the Kesennuma City Memorial Museum. Multiple cars were thrown into and around the school building by the force of the water.
