Yi Cao, Acrobatic Show (ANIMALS 2026)

White Cockatoos are often seen as playful and sometimes clownish. Yet expecting one to perform a dramatic aerial maneuver, really depends on luck. I happened to be lucky on that day. I enjoyed myself absolutely photographing this bird hanging upside down from a cluster of leaves. Its wings were fully extended in a wide "V" shape for dynamic movement and balance. When its head started looking back toward its body, I felt so amused: what an amazing acrobatic show you are performing!
