I had been taking photos of my kids having fun as they jumped off the deck of a houseboat. I captured this image of my son as he stopped briefly to catch his breath before the next jump. While I really enjoyed some of the action shots, I tend to be drawn to the quieter moments and I also liked the composition and contrast of light and texture here.
